    About the Rapid Inflator Gun

To enhance safety on the job, many businesses are adopting handheld, battery-powered air guns. These units are small, lightweight, and easy to operate, eliminating the need for an electrical hookup. They make loading sites more efficient and less labor-intensive, as one person can handle the task.

What is a Rapid Inflator Gun? Tegrals Rapid Inflator Gun unit is a rechargeable, high-performance inflation tool designed for use with Tegral dunnage bags. The Rapid Inflator Gun boasts a high output of 113 cubic feet per minute (3.2 cubic meters per minute) surpassing most traditional air compressors and handheld blowers on the market. This battery-powered airgun is cost-effective, user-friendly, and provides the flexibility needed for inflating cargo bags in various shipping scenarios.

Suitable for Tegral’s Dunnage Bags. See Here.    Contact Tegral for free training & demonstration.

Australian Load Restraint Guide 2018 discusses the use of Dunnage Bags here: https://www.nhvr.gov.au/files/202112-1285-load-restraint-guide-2018.pdf#page=197

6 Simple Steps to Inflate Your Air Bag Position the Bag:

    1. Place the deflated dunnage bag into the void within the container, rail car or trailer ensuring the valve is accessible.
    2. Check the Valve: Confirm that the valve is in the ‘closed’ position before beginning inflation.
    3. Attach the Hose: Connect the hose to the valve and inflate the bag to the desired pressure.
    4. Position for Maximum Contact: Ensure the bag is positioned to maximize surface area contact.
    5. Inflate and Disconnect: Hold the trigger until the bag is fully inflated, then carefully disconnect the hose.
    6. Seal the Bag: Clip the seal over the valve to secure the inflation.

This method allows for efficient, safe, and reliable bracing of cargo loads in trucks, overseas containers, or railcars.
